We are a few engineers and a few operators, building for a customer base whose worst day decides whether the product was real. Here is how we hold each other to that.

    Every release lands in a real operator’s hands within the week. No staging-only victories.

    Evidence before opinion

    Drafts come with their reasoning, their data, and their counter-factuals. We argue from the ledger.

    Write the post-mortem first

    Before we build the thing, we write the failure note. If we can’t imagine how it fails, we don’t ship it.
