CHANGELOG

We ship publicly.
Read the receipts.

A running log of what we shipped, when, and why it matters. Product, research, integrations, and the work underneath. We don’t announce, we publish.

May 2026
  • MAY 5Product

Ontology Studio + interactive schema graph

18 object types across six domains (workforce, operations, supply, quality, safety, audit) rendered as a draggable, zoomable graph. Always-on edge labels show cardinality and relationship verbs. Live entity counts pulled from the runtime ledger. Fullscreen and reset-position controls.

  • MAY 5Product

    Browser-side runtime engine

Real signal scoring (fatigue, certification expiry, downtime), automatic investigation gating, severity-banded action proposals, and a tamper-evident outcomes ledger. The platform is no longer a click-through, it scores, decides, and writes back as the operator works.

  • MAY 5Product

    /start onboarding, one question deep

Pre-login flow asks one thing, what do you operate. Detects the industry pack (healthcare, aviation, manufacturing, logistics, retail, hospitality, defence), proposes the matching ontology extension, and seeds the org around the operator's first CSV in under three seconds.

  • MAY 5Product

    Industry-aware governance lenses

Governance now resolves applicable framework lenses by industry, HIPAA + HTI-1 for healthcare, NERC CIP for energy, OSFI E-23 + SR 11-7 for finance, GoC research-security trend cards (Deep Learning for HDS, Cognitive Computing) for defence. Concerns map to safeguards already in the runtime.

  • MAY 5Brand

    Defence solution surface live

By Industry now includes Defence, with Protected B alignment, GoC research-security trend cards, and three flagship use cases, mission tasking, sustainment, and cross-service routing. Workforce retired as a standalone solution, distributed across the per-industry surfaces where workforce is the operating layer.

  • MAY 5Engineering

    Counterfactual outcomes ledger

Every executed action records its baseline-counterfactual delta, threshold-bypass, predictive, or optimisation, with a reversibility window. Outcomes attribute the dollar swing back to the model that proposed them. The audit trail closes the loop.

  • MAY 5Engineering

    Hash-chained audit trail

FNV-1a chain anchors every signal, decision, and action. Each entry references the prior hash, so any tampering breaks the chain visibly. The audit page renders the lineage, not just the rows.

  • MAY 5Integrations

    Source-type-agnostic connector wizard

Seven source types, CSV, JSON, REST, database, stream, object store, webhook, plus instant sample mode. Each path shows industry-shaped vendor examples and lands rows into the same ontology. CSV is one of seven, no longer the default assumption.

April 2026
  • APR 24Product

    Multi-industry product surface

Products page now shows two shipping products plus three custom-deployment surfaces, Healthcare Operations, Field Service, and a custom configuration for partner industries. The platform is the product; the surfaces are configurations.

  • APR 24Research

    Workforce Intelligence companion report announced

Q3 2026 companion to our Operational Decision-Making report: a structured study of 24/7 ground operators on fatigue, fairness, shift markets, and incentive economics. Early-access list open.

  • APR 22Research

State of Operational Decision-Making in Multi-Site Facilities 2026

Our first published report, five findings, methodology, and what comes next. PDF edition auto-delivered to verified enterprise emails through Resend.

  • APR 22Brand

    Research surface live at /research

Brand-voice research home with featured report, companion report, representative findings, and the upcoming pipeline. The research arm is now a public artifact, not a side project.

  • APR 21Infrastructure

    Briefing form on Resend-verified domain

Hostinger DNS configured for SPF, DKIM, and MX. Briefing form delivers two emails on a single submission: notification to the founder and PDF auto-reply to the requester.

  • APR 20Engineering

maiaintelligence_core extracted as a clean Python package

14 modules, 77+ tests covering decisions ledger, rules engine, fairness audit, parent_id lineage, and worker scaffolding. Single core powers both shipped products.

  • APR 20Integrations

    Five enterprise integrations sandbox-default

Yardi, MRI, ServiceNow, Microsoft Graph, and SAP connectors with shared auth (OAuth client-credentials, password grant, SAML bearer). Sandbox-by-default, real-mode promoted by setting client credentials.

  • APR 20Engineering

Brain service with three demo flows live

    FastAPI /api/brain/* surface running yardi-arrears, servicenow-sla, and msgraph-reroute end-to-end. Cross-source disagreement detection (msgraph-reroute) proves the ontology pitch.

  • APR 20Product

LiveBrainPanel wired into customer-app decisions ledger

Pilot users can pick a flow from the panel inside maia-buildings and watch a real decision land in their ledger with the lineage chain visible.

  • APR 19Brand

    25-page design pass on customer-app

Every customer-app page aligned to the marketing brand: Space Grotesk display, Montserrat body, JetBrains Mono labels, brand palette. Stale industry references replaced with portfolio-generic copy.

  • APR 18Product

    Workforce + Buildings detail pages

Each shipped product has its own deep page now, capabilities, agents roster, integration list, and the decisions surface they touch.

Earlier
  • MAR 2026Brand

Marketing site recovered and rebuilt on Next.js 14

App Router, server components, brand system codified, animation tokens, hero motion fixed across viewports. Apex domain migrated to Vercel.

  • MAR 2026Engineering

    Decisions ledger with parent_id lineage

Every signal, detection, decision, and action linked through parent_id. The ledger is the audit trail; the lineage is the story.
