The vendors MAIA relies on to deliver the service. Every vendor is bound by a written data protection agreement. Material additions are announced with thirty days notice to active customers.
How to be notified of changes
Active customers receive automatic notice by email at the address on file with our billing contact. Anyone else can subscribe by emailing legal@maiaintelligence.io with the subject “subscribe to subprocessor updates.”
Current sub-processors
Right to object
Customers may object to a new subprocessor on reasonable data protection grounds within thirty days of notice. If we cannot accommodate the objection, the customer may terminate the affected portion of the service for the unused portion of the term, with a prorated refund.
Auditor and infrastructure note
Our SOC 2 Type 1 engagement with our independent auditor is in progress, target completion Q3 2026. The auditor and our pen-test provider are bound by NDA and are not listed publicly until the engagement letter is finalized.
